Frequently asked questions
The price depends on the dimensions, the roof material and the complexity of your project. A free, custom quote gives you full clarity on the investment within 24 hours, with no obligation.
For verandas we mainly use aluminium, steel and synthetic materials. Aluminium is our first choice — strong, lightweight and long-lasting, perfect for the Dutch climate.
16mm polycarbonate is lighter and more affordable; the opal version gives natural shade while the clear version maximises light. Laminated 442 safety glass gives a crystal-clear view, more daylight and a premium look.
In many cases a veranda in the back garden is permit-free, but this depends on the dimensions, its placement on the plot and your municipality's rules. We go through this with you during the free measuring visit.
Once you approve the quote we schedule a free measuring visit at your home. Your veranda then goes into production in our own workshop and our own team installs it on site. You receive a concrete schedule at the measuring visit.
Aluminium does not rust and never needs repainting. In practice, cleaning a few times a year with water and a mild soap is enough. Glass panels and the integrated drainage are kept clean the same way.
It is possible to build a veranda yourself, but it is a large and complex job. Our experienced builders take care of everything — from foundation to finishing.
